After five years, being dropped from their record label, and a ton of music written Morningwood releases their latest record. Although only an EP, Sugarbaby, is reminiscent of the Morningwood of old that we all fell in love with.

I deleted my ENTIRE music library. Luckily (sort of), I backed up my library using Mozy but the initial back-up wasn’t complete so I am left having to re-rip CDs and re-download music which will be a complete chore and pain in the ass.
I guess this serves as an opportunity to finally organize and correctly tag all my music. If you don’t have your music library backed up I highly recommend you doing so ASAP. Last summer my music library was lost due to two hard drive dying at the same time causing me to revert to extracting my music files from an older computer I hadn’t recycled yet.

So far, I’ve been able to restore music files up to letter R without much data loss but I have a feeling the rest of the alphabet won’t be so lucky. The only music I’ve been relying on is music stored on my iPod, the lone survivors of my audio massacre.

Usher latest album boasts several hits-to-be including a sequel to Love In This Club in which the song takes a slower, smoother sound featuring Beyonce. Another stand out on the album is Moving Mountains. It will surely be released as a single soon and has #1 Hit potential written all over it.
